Hunting
Hunting: The Yukon provides a unique, remote hunting experience with large isolated wilderness regions. 12 big game species are available, including moose, grizzly and black bears, dall sheep, and wolves.
SS Klondike
One of the last remaining original paddlewheelers, the SS Klondike took passengers and cargo up and down the Yukon River to the gold fields of Dawson City. Guided and self-guided tours available.
Fishing
Over ten species of fish, plus five species of salmon. Lake trout, northern pike, arctic char, plus sockeye and chinook salmon highlight the types available.
Golf
Three golf courses in the territory, two in Whitehorse. Mountain View is a full 18 hole course with driving range. Meadow Lake is a 9 hole course. Top of the World is located in Dawson City, 9 holes.
Horeseback Riding

White Pass Railway
Built in 1898, this narrow gauge track is an international historic site. Take a ride from Skagway, Alaska to Carcross, south of Whitehorse. One of the must-do trips in the North.

Beringia Centre
