Located away from the rest of the hotel in the lower levels, the terra room includes: a private bathroom, kitchenette, and a private bar for social occasions. The space is quite versatile in how it can be used: boardroom setups, classroom style, or U-shaped table arrangements are all possible.

Catering services are provided by Volare, the restaurant located at the SKKY Hotel.
